is there a us based bank from which you can make free withdrawals (not unnecessarily in an ATM but maybe in the actual branch)? i am planning an extended stay in europe and need access to my accounts. i am especially interested of such banks in france and poland. all tips will be appreciated.

also, is there a bank that charges low wire transfer fees from europe to us? but also allows withdrawals for fee/low fee?. is there a us bank that offers deposits in euro?

No bank in europe will give out dollars unless you’re exchanging money into dollars and then you’ll get comission charged on it also
